THE REAL PROBLEM

Most of what we’re taught about anger and boundaries is backwards.

We’re told to control our emotions. To “stay calm.” To “be kind.”

We’re handed scripts for boundary-setting that live entirely in the mind, while our bodies are still bracing for impact.

Unfortunately, you can’t willpower your way into calm when you have hot lava flowing through your veins, and you’re trying to plaster a smile on your face.

You can’t force yourself to communicate clearly when it feels unsafe to be seen, heard, or take up space.

And you definitely can’t “just let it go” when you know deep down that you’re not getting what you actually want and need.

The truth is – rage and conflict are two guarantees of existence.

So the question can’t be, “how do I get rid of my rage?” or “how do I not have conflict?”

It has to become:

  • How do I navigate uncomfortable conversations and conflict WHILE creating my own safety?

  • How do I show up in a way that feels true, and not become overwhelmed with anxiety or dread along the way?

  • And how do I trust myself to not lash out or become a monster in the process?

I’m not going to ask you to ignore your rage, or calm down (barf), or tell you that what you’re feeling isn’t valid – and this program isn’t about learning how to be less angry.

What I AM going to do, is give you every outlet, tool, support system, and skill you need to navigate your anger and conflict in a way that’s deeply resonant with your soul.

SO THAT the next time you get triggered by your partner not doing the dishes, or your mom making a comment about your body, or your friend crossing a boundary, you’ll know how to speak up for yourself in the moment without lashing out or shutting down.

You’ll know how to navigate these crunchy, tender moments in a way that creates room for deeper understanding of, and connection to one another, instead of feeling like speaking up will only lead to harm.

THE WAY FORWARD

Most boundary-setting advice out there feels sterile. Rigid.

It’s a black and white prescription of “say this, not that,” “cut them off,” “protect your peace.”

But boundaries aren’t wallsthey’re living membranes. We often find them as we bump up against them.

As women, our boundaries are meant to be fluid, alive, responsive.

They bend and shift with the ever changing seasons of life, our nervous system, and our deepest alignment to how we actually feel, and what we need in that moment.

In a world designed with rigidity – you’re in or out, left or right, good or bad – that hasn’t left a lot of room for nuance – alllll of the gray and rainbow in between – it’s no wonder we find our feminine rage so confusing.

Most of us end up keeping the peace during conflict and making ourselves small, or exploding and lashing out when the suppression becomes too much.

Neither feels good or empowering.

The Temple of Primal Power offers a third path — the alchemical one.

We go into the emotion, not around it.

We feel it, move it, and express it through the body — so it can transform from something you want to turn away from, to a tool that can show you what you’re actually feeling underneath, and where something needs to change.

Because until you feel it, you can’t free it.

This is a space where you’ll learn to meet your own power without fear, and be witnessed and celebrated by your peers along the way.

My Story

I’m living proof that you can learn to use your rage for good. That it’s possible to speak up, set boundaries, and advocate for your needs with care and conviction, without becoming the victim or the villain.

You see, most of my life I felt like a monster hiding behind a mask. Always trying to not feel all of the anger (and the layers of hurt hiding under that anger) pent up beneath my skin. I wanted to be liked, to be good, to be loved (don’t we all?). And the message was clear: good girls are nice girls. Not angry ones.

So I would shove it down and try to pretend I didn’t feel my blood boiling, until it became too much and I would snap at the people around me.

It wasn’t until I decided to give myself healthy outlets, that things actually changed.

Now, I don’t let the pressure build until I explode. When I feel angry, I know what to do with it. I have healthy outlets that I tap into pretty immediately. I let myself feel what’s coming up and move through it, and then once the heat comes back down to a simmer, I’m able to find clarity on what created that response in me, and what conversations I need to have from there.

When I do have those conversations, they’re typically grounded, clear, and leave room for a two way conversation, not an explosion.

And the best part? I went from getting pissed off almost every day (but not letting myself do anything with it), to feeling genuinely happier, lighter, more powerful, and more alive than ever. I’m no longer explosive or reactive. I don’t let people cross my boundaries, but I do it with clarity and kindness.

The Framework for Transformation

In a perfect world, we’d all be able to learn these pillars in linear sequence. But the world’s not perfect and life’s not linear, so I will guide you through all facets of this three pillar framework as they arise, both on our live calls and in slack, meeting you where you’re at with what you actually need (click to expand each pillar).

  • Learn to identify what’s happening in your body when you’re triggered — and move through it instead of being ruled by it.

    We’ll use somatic practices like shaking, sound, nervous system training, and primal movement to release the charge safely and rewire your nervous system’s relationship to anger.

  • Nope. You don’t need to know anything about “somatics” to belong here. Everything we do is guided, gentle, and trauma-informed. You’ll learn by feeling, not by performing — and I’ll walk you through every practice so your body can lead at its own pace. This work meets you exactly where you are.

  • That’s one of the most common fears — and it’s exactly why this space exists. You’ve spent years trying not to feel it, and your body learned that anger isn’t safe. Here, we reintroduce it slowly, in community, and through practices that help your nervous system regulate rather than collapse or explode. You’ll learn how to work with your anger, not be consumed by it.

  • Everything we do centers on nervous system safety. You’ll always have permission to pause, move, breathe, or tend to yourself — no judgment, ever. I’ll guide you through regulation tools and help you build your own “rescue library” so you know how to return to center both inside and outside of class.

  • Perfect. This is the layer most people skip. You may understand your patterns logically — you know where they come from — but your body is still reacting as if you’re unsafe. This program bridges that gap so your healing becomes embodied and you can actually live what you’ve learned.

  • You’ll definitely want to! This is where all of our day to day communication and the community group chat will take place. The good news is: you can download an app on your phone and your computer to easily access it anytime.
